Commissions never decide what we recommend. Every product gets the same evidence check whether a link pays or not, and many of our picks pay nothing. "See a clinician" content never carries product links.

We try to collect as little as possible.

• No analytics, no ads, no accounts. We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and we don't set cookies.
• Hosting. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• YouTube. Videos don't load until you tap play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube (Google) may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
• Affiliate links. If you click a partner link, that retailer or network may use cookies to credit the sale.
• Email. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
• Quiz. Studied Skin Number answers are scored in your browser and never sent to us or anyone else. Close the tab and they're gone.

Some of what you see here is made with AI. The fireplace footage in Studied Rest videos is AI-generated and looped, and each video description says so; the sounds are synthesized by us, not recorded. We also use AI tools to help draft and edit pages. Every health claim is checked by Ciro against the research it cites before it's published. We never use AI to create testimonials, reviews, or "experts."
